It's all about co-existence, doesn't really matter whether the tree was here first, right? The concrete brings shelters and comforts too.
Concrete and "jungle" can co-exist. It's just we're trying to work out what would be the happiest medium/ratio! :)

when i was in kl, i took some shots of trees too, some of them r so old n smack in the middle of the city n with a magnificent canopy
Good glorious shade from those trees.But I think I'll rather stay indoors in an air-conditioned building!The weather recently has been a killer :Z
