Surely high boots are too hot to wear in weather like what Malaysia has all year round?! :O
Hmm obviously you have no idea what those fashionardos in KL would put on to look 'nicer than everyone else'!
Our weather here is too hot for boots, hats or coats, yet I see some people wearing them on Orchard Road. :P
